Special Licence Applications
There are two types of work licences available in Queensland. Both have strict conditions and time limits to apply. These applications are heard in Court by a Magistrate. You cannot appeal if your application is refused. It is important that your application is well prepared and properly presented to the Magistrate.
Our traffic lawyers are experienced in these applications and have a high success rate. Don't risk losing your one chance to save your licence. Contact us today to discuss your application and how we can help you.
Application for a Restricted Work Licence
